Shipping Times

• British Columbia: 3-5 business days
• Western Canada: 5-7 business days
• Eastern Canada: 7-10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BearBin purchase. If you're not happy with your container, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item
