Warranty Coverage

Your BearBin 240 is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Structural integrity of the container body
Locking mechanism functionality
Hinges and hardware
Manufacturing defects

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse or abuse
Damage from extreme weather events
Modifications made to the product
Damage from improper installation

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@bearbin.ca with:

Your proof of purchase
Photos of the defect or damage
A description of the issue

We will review your claim within 5 business days and provide instructions for repair or replacement.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. BearBin reserves the right to determine whether damage is covered under warranty. Replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
